HungryMan Gallery hosts landscape/ portrait/ still life, curated by Philip von Zweck. Philip chose one of my new still life photographs "Still Life with Grecian Urn" to include in the show. Other artists in the exhibition: Cornet Baldwin, Gaylen Gerber with Jesse Chapman, Andrew Falkowski, Andreas Fischer, Rachel Herman, John Neff and Heidi Norton.

Jamilee Polson invited me, Dan Gunn and Nicholas Cueva to curate an exhibition as part of her Twelve Galleries Project. Quarterly #1: MinimumixaM at Pentagon Gallery features the work of Eric Fleishauer, Liz Nielsen, Chris Edwards and Xavier Jimenez.

I am happy to be participating in The Great Poor Farm Experiment, a project in rural Wisconsin started by Brad Killam and Michelle Grabner of The Suburban. The participating artists' work will be up for a year, inaugurating the space, while Michelle and Brad prepare to host residencies and larger projects. You can find the Poor Farm at E6325 County Highway BB, Manawa, WI.

My old artist run space, 1/Quarterly, will be temporarily ressurected for the Hyde Park Art Center's Artists Run Chicago. This exhibition is showcasing the energy and audacity of some of the most noteworthy artist-run spaces that have influenced the Chicago contemporary art scene over the past decade. lt will include installations, performances, video, art objects and ephemera provided by artist-run galleries both currently in operation and those dearly departed.
Also in the exhibition, some of my work from Out Land, my 2003 solo show at STANDARD, will be on display.

My work will be included in the group show PhotoDimensional at the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago. "This exhibition investigates the relationship between sculpture and photography, 2 and 3 dimensions, and perceptual issues that are integral to those relationships."

I will be participating in the group show Bellwether at Vox Populi in Philadelphia. This exhibition is an exchange between ThreeWalls and Vox, curated by Shannon Stratton. The work will then travel to Kelowna, BC to be shown at Alternator.
Spring 2008
Look for the release of the spring issue of Art Journal. A portfolio of Debris Field with an essay written by Lane Relyea will be included.
